FAQs

  • A site visit costs £40 which includes the first hour and if the unit has to be removed the the workshop the cost of the home visit is taken into account.

  • Most repairs are complete within 1-3 business days, if spare parts are required this may take longer. Please call to find out more.

  • We currently accept cash and BACS payments.

  • Yes we do, for residential and business. This applies if we cannot find the problem then there is no charge. But if you decided not to go ahead with the repair a diagnostic fee of £10.00 for our time is charged, if you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the diagnostic fee is waived.

  • We always do our best to protect our customers data. if you have any important data on there let us know when you bring your machine in for repair and we can back it up before we do any work on the machine.

    With some repairs the hard drive may have failed, if this is the case we always attempt to recover data however it is not always possible.

  • Yes. we can collect your machine from you or we can do a lot of repairs at your home if you wish. Just give us a call and we can arrange this with you.
